We are not medical professionals, just a couple of freelance researches on a mission for 10 years to live a clean healthy life while maintaining chronic conditions. We strive to provide content that can help give you ideas to build on, to make any changes you take on your own and recommend always consulting your medical teams and family/friends prior. It is our desire to entertain and inform our readers but we cannot take any personal or legal responsibility for your interpretation/use of this information.

All financial advice should be used with caution. As with health and bodies, every one’s finances are different. If you are seeking bookkeeping or advice for small/personal business please contact us for a free consultation. Availability is limited.

We believe as beings of free will we are also given a responsibility to backup research. If you find inconsistent or incorrect information on our website it was not our intent and we would like it brought to our attention using the contact button so that we may investigate.

Every person is different and so are their needs and journeys. People with chronic illnesses/pain all have different trials and choose different methods for relief and to increase quality of life. We will also discuss things like opiods, medical marijuana, and mental health. If these topics are triggering for you, please take care and exit the site.

If you or someone you know is at risk for self harm or suicide please contact the Suicide Hotline Immediately. If you or someone you know is addicted to drugs, alcohol, or other substances please contact (Here) and for mental illness (Here).
